        Town of Middleton; burials no longer possible. Contact Forest Hill Cemetery.

  • Forest Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum, One Speedway Rd. 1857

  • Lakeview Lutheran Church, 4001 Mandrake at Northport Drive, 244-6181,
        has a small cemetery next to the original church

  • Lake View TB Sanatorium Cemetery, on the grounds behind what is now the
        Dane Co. Human Services Building, 1202 Northport Dr.

  • Mendota State Mental Hospital Cemetery. This is located on Green Avenue,
        quite near Knudtson Drive. It is a tough find as it looks very much like a vacant lot
        between two houses from the road.

  • Middleton Junction Cemetery, Mineral Point Road at Prairie Towne,
        Town of Middleton

  • Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 2705 Regent Street, 238-5561
        Formed In 1953 by Consolidating Calvary (1863) and Holy Cross (circa 1923)

  • Roselawn Memorial Park, Broadway, Monona, 222-4212

  • University Hill - Now Bascom Hill 1837

  • Village Cemetery - Block 180 Now Orton Park, 1846 - 1870s
        Bodies moved to Forest Hill Cemetery
